Welcome to The Kendrick Academy ("TKA," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, enrollment in classes, programs, events, workshops, performances, and any related services offered by The Kendrick Academy.

By accessing our website, registering a student, enrolling in any program, or participating in any activity with The Kendrick Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

The Kendrick Academy is a performing arts studio legally registered in the State of Georgia, offering classes, programs, workshops, private coaching, intensives, and productions in dance, acting, film, theatre, voice, and related creative disciplines. Programs are offered for children and adults, and may be delivered in-studio, online, or in hybrid formats.

• Enrollment is completed online through our registration system.
• Submission of registration constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
• Enrollment is not guaranteed until all required fees are paid and confirmation is received.
• The Kendrick Academy reserves the right to refuse or discontinue enrollment at its discretion for conduct, safety, or policy violations.

• Tuition rates, registration fees, private coaching fees, intensive fees, and payment schedules are published on our website and/or registration portal.
• All tuition and fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to group classes, private lessons, one-on-one coaching, intensives, workshops, and special programs, unless otherwise stated in writing by The Kendrick Academy.
• Tuition may be billed monthly, per session, per package, or per program as specified at enrollment.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or removal from classes, coaching sessions, or performances.
• Returned or declined payments may be subject to additional administrative or bank fees.

• The Kendrick Academy does not offer refunds, credits, or make-ups for missed classes, private coaching sessions, or intensives due to illness, vacations, scheduling conflicts, work obligations, weather, or other personal reasons.
• Missed one-on-one coaching sessions are forfeited unless otherwise stated in a written coaching agreement.
• Classes or sessions canceled by The Kendrick Academy may be rescheduled or credited at our discretion.

• Consistent attendance is essential for student progress and performance readiness.
• Excessive absences may result in removal from choreography, scenes, or performances.
• Students must arrive on time, dressed appropriately, and prepared for class.

• Performance participation is not guaranteed and is subject to attendance, preparedness, and conduct.
• All performance dates, times, and venues are subject to change.

Students, parents, and guests are expected to:

• Treat staff, students, and families with respect.
• Follow studio rules and instructions.
• Refrain from disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior.

The Kendrick Academy reserves the right to remove any student or parent from the premises or programs for violations of this policy without refund.

Participation in performing arts activities—including dance, acting, movement training, and performance—carries inherent risks for both children and adults, including physical injury.

By enrolling yourself or a minor student, you acknowledge and agree:

• Participation is voluntary.
• You assume all risks associated with participation for yourself and/or your child.
• You release and hold harmless The Kendrick Academy, its owners, instructors, contractors, staff, and affiliates from liability for injuries, damages, or losses, except where prohibited by law.

In the event of a medical emergency, The Kendrick Academy may seek medical treatment for a student if a parent or guardian cannot be reached. All medical costs are the responsibility of the parent or guardian.

• The Kendrick Academy may photograph or record classes, rehearsals, and performances.
• By enrolling, you grant permission for the use of photos, videos, and recordings for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes without compensation.
• All choreography, scripts, lesson plans, recordings, and materials are the intellectual property of The Kendrick Academy and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

• Online classes require reliable internet and appropriate equipment.
• The Kendrick Academy is not responsible for technical issues outside our control.
• Recording or sharing online classes without permission is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Copy, distribute, or misuse website content.

All website content is owned by or licensed to The Kendrick Academy.

Your use of our website and services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and take reasonable steps to protect personal information.

The Kendrick Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services or enrollment for violations of these Terms without refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Kendrick Academy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in programs or use of the website.
